How to order, categorize and filter your passes and appointment passes on the manager side

This article will explain you step by step how to order and categorize your passes and appointments passes on the manager side.

This is the same method for passes and appointment passes.

Step 1: Create categories to classify your course cards

Go to the tab "Products" > "Passes" > Click on "Add a category".

Indicate the name of the category > Click on "Create".

When creating or modifying the pass, you can select one of the categories you have previously created.

Step 2: Organize your passes easily

Click on the two small lines of a pass and drag to reorganize your passes. You can do the same for the categories.

Please note that you cannot move the passes to other categories, you will have to go through the pass configuration.

The order here is going to be the same on the widget and the marketplace.

If you only want one category to appear on your widget, click here.

Step 3: Filter and sort your passes (manager side view only)

You can now filter the categories, the availability for purchase and sort in the order you want.

  • Filter by categories

  • Filter by availability for purchase :

    • All availabilities

    • Not available for purchase

    • Available for purchase

  • Sort by the order you want :

    • Price : ascending

    • Price : descending

    • Credit : ascending

    • Credit : descending

    • Additional orders (Marketplace and App): the customer's view
