This article will explain how to allow your members to use their balance to pay for their purchases and outstanding invoices.

One Step: Activate the customer balance

Go to the "Settings" tab > "Billing" > Check "Members can use their internal account credit to complete payments for their basket and/or outstanding unvoices" > Click on "Save".

Member's view:

  • They will be able to pay their shopping cart with their internal account

To do this, proceed to the payment of the shopping basket, click on "Use my internal account balance" > Indicate the amount you want to use from your balance.

  • They will be able to pay their unpaid invoice(s)

To do this, go to the "Dashboard" tab > Click on "Pay this invoice" of the invoice you want to pay > Click on "Use my internal account balance".

Be carefull, it is not possible to select the desired amount, the maximum amount of the balance will be automatically used.

Note : In both cases the option will only be offered if the member has a positive balance.
