Understand your members' baskets

This article describes what you will be seeing in the basket tab of a member's profile

The basket allows you to follow the path of your customers on the marketplace regarding the different baskets they create, the products they add/remove/pay for.

Step 1: View the basket of a member

Go to the Member's profile => Basket.

Step 2: Analyse the different cases of the basket.

Next to the price will either be a red arrow or a checkmark:

  • The red arrow means that the customer has created a basket in which he has added products, but he never finalised his payment. You can also see how many items he currently has in his basket.

  • The checkmark means that the customer has finalised the payment of his basket.

Step 3: View basket Details

To see more details about the basket creation, click on the arrow:

You will therefore see the path that the member followed with the date/time of when he created his basket, but also the products he added and deleted. The value above will be the value of the final basket and the products it contains.
