This article is dedicated to studios integrated with one or more marketplaces and aims to explain how you can quickly reserve certain spots in your room for your members.
This is because the assignment of spots for customers from marketplaces is random, so they can have any spot they want in your room. If you want certain spots to be given priority to your members, here's how to do it !
Step 1: Modify your spot scheduling layout
Click on My Studio > Establishments and select the establishment you want, then click on ‘Add a layout’ or edit an existing one.
In the layout editor, at the bottom of the side toolbar > Select the tool "Marketplaces: Spots for members".
Step 2: Select the spots you wish to reserve for members
Once you have selected the tool, a star should appear next to your cursor on the map.
> Click on a spot you wish to reserve for your members.
> Activate the toggle
> Click on "Submit"
> Repeat this step for all the spots you want, then click on "Save"!
From now on, as long as other spots are available, bookings from marketplaces (ClassPass, OneFit, etc...) will not take the spots you have indicated as reserved for members.
NB: If the only remaining spots are those indicated as reserved for members, then bookings from marketplaces will still be able to take these spots.
