ℹ️ This article will be updated as we release more improvements over the coming months.

Common questions
Editor tab
The Editor tab holds the configuration set up when you created the Venue — everything that used to sit on one long page is now grouped here.
Floor Plans tab
Open the Spot Selection tab from the Venue detail page to manage your spot layouts.
Settings > Venues > [Venue name] > Spot Selection
Building a spot layout
When you open the spot layout builder for the first time, you're guided toward a starting point instead of a blank canvas:
Start from a template provided by bsport — the recommended option, with descriptions and previews to help you choose.
Or use existing layout from another Venue.
Or start from a 'blank' layout and add elements individually.
Contextual guidance is available in a collapsible panel while you build. Once you've chosen a starting point, customise the layout by adding or editing elements as needed.
Creating from scratch is still available — it's just no longer the first option you see.
What hasn't changed
You can still add individual elements and build a spot layout from scratch.
The underlying Venue and spot selection configuration options are the same — this update changes organisation, navigation, and guidance, not functionality.
Common questions
Where can I edit a Venue's general configuration?
Use the Editor tab for the information configured when the Venue was created.
Where can I manage spot layouts?
Open the Spot Selection tab from the Venue details page.
Do I have to build a spot layout from scratch?
No. Starting from a template is the recommended path, and you can also copy an existing plan. Creating from scratch remains available.
