How to use the "Time Clock" tool

This article will show you step by step how to use the "Time Punch" tool.

Step 1: Check yourself in

Click on the stopwatch icon at the top right > Click on "Start" when you arrive at the studio and then on "Finish" when you have finished your day.

You will then have a summary of your arrival time, your departure time and the number of hours worked.

Step 2: Clock in a third party

Click on "clock in for another staff member". You have to follow the same procedure. You can also mark his absence.

Step 3: Get a real time overview and access to the history

Go to the "Transactions" tab > Click on "Attendance".

  • In the "Real-time" tab, you will have a view of the present/absent staff and you can clock in/out directly here.

  • In the "History" tab you will have the history of your staff with the number of hours worked and you can export it to an Excel file.

  • You will also be able to modify the schedules if there has been an error or delete them directly.

Step 4: Give your staff access to the time clock

If you do not know how to create a staff account, click here.

Go to the "Settings" tab > Staff > Add a new role.

In "Attendance", you will have 3 options:

  • Allow your staff to punch for themselves

  • Allow your staff to punch for another staff

  • Allow your staff to access the time clock history
