1st Step: Create your own staff access level.
Go to 'Settings' > 'Staff'.
Click on 'Add role' at the bottom of the page.
Fill in the name and description of this new access.
2nd Step: Select the permissions.
Bsport offers you to choose which tools your teachers are allowed to use.
When a box is ticked, it means that the teacher can use the feature.
Define whether they can use :
The appBar (icons in the top right corner): cash book and notification center
The sessions management
The member's management : (member creation is in the top right appbar and member access is the search bar)
The navigation menu (all the tabs on the left of your backoffice screen).
Please note: if the ledger icon is selected but access to reports is not checked. Then the account will not be able to access the ledger report from it.
After that, click on 'Save'.
You can also add some specific URLs that your teacher will not be able to reach.
Your new staff access level has now appeared at the bottom of your screen.
3rd Step: Allocate the new staff access.
Click on 'Add an access'.
Create an email ⚠️ WARNING: USE A FAKE EMAIL (ex: teachername@studioname.com) > Add the password of your choice > Choose the new access level you have created for this role.
Click on 'Save'.
