In order to keep your members informed of a special event in your studio or to pass on a limited-time promotional offer, you can set up a pop-up directly at the opening of the mobile application.

With this feature, notify your members as soon as the app is launched and redirect them to the desired link.

ℹ️ Note: This feature is only available for the custom app. If you wish to implement this feature, please contact your account manager.

First option: Setting up the pop-up for all members

Go to the Settings tab > Branded App. Then click on "Add a pop-up".

In the form, indicate the title of the pop-up, the image that will appear on it and the redirection link. This is the link your members will be redirected to if they click on the pop-up.

To check the final result, you can always click on the preview button. Finally, click on the save button.

Second option: Setting up the pop-up for a selected group of members using smartlists

Go to the Marketing tab > Smartlists. Select the smartlist. Then click on "Send a pop-up".

The form is the same as the one for the previous option: fill out the title, the image, and the redirection link. To check the final result, you can always click on the preview button. Finally, click on the save button.

You have just created your first pop-up. It will now appear the next time your members start the application.
