If you have multiple establishments, your teachers may not be available at each location at the same time. With this help sheet, you will learn how to indicate the availability of your teachers at each establishment.
Step 1: Accessing the schedule
There are two possibilities for this:
In the teacher's schedule
In My Studio > Teacher, select the teacher for whom you want to add availability.
Then go to his/her schedule:
In the general schedule
You can also directly go to Schedule :
This will allow you to do this action for several teachers at the same time.
Step 2: Indicate availability
Select the time slot during which it is possible to take lessons with the teacher. You can add a one-time or recurrent availability.
At this point, you will have the possibility to indicate if this availability depends on one or more establishments. To do this, you must activate the option as indicated below:
If you leave it disabled, your teacher will be shown as available in all your establishments.
In case you are on the general schedule, you will have to select the teachers for whom you want to do this action, then go to the Advanced section.
Step 3: Choose the establishments
In the drop-down list of your establishments, choose the ones in which the teacher will be able to give classes at the indicated availability. It is possible to select more than one.
Once the choice has been made, all that remains is to save the change.
Thus, the teacher will be shown as available only in the rooms you have selected.
You can check this by going back to Schedule and selecting the availability of the teacher concerned. Then click on Availability details.
