The substitution tool allows you to make substitution requests in case you are no longer able to teach one of your sessions. A teacher will then be sought to substitute for you.
You can also register for sessions that require a substitute teacher to ensure that the session runs smoothly.
REQUEST A SUBSTITUTION :
In Substitution > My Schedule > Select the sessions you wish to be replaced on if you are no longer available. Press Request a substitution
Enter the reason for your absence and submit the request
If you come back to the session in question, it will indicate that a query is already in progress
Track your requests :
In Substitution > My Requests, all your completed requests appear with the status of the request. Sessions for which a substitute has been found are displayed in the "Substitute found" section.
Status Open: The application has been sent and is waiting for teachers to register
In progress: Teachers have registered on the request. The request is awaiting confirmation from the manager
Delete the request:
You can delete the request using the bin icon
REPLY TO A SUBSTITUTION REQUEST:
When a new substitution request is made with which you are compatible, you will be notified by email. To respond, go to Substitution > Marketplace
On this screen, you have access to all the requests you can answer
Click on :
Yes: to indicate that you are available for a substitution
Don't prefer: if you don't prefer, but if necessary you can do it
No: you are not available
Access the requests you have been assigned to:
In Substitution > Confirmations or in My Schedule
Please note: you cannot request a substitution for a session for which you are already a substitute teacher
