If you are using the check-in tablet, you may have noticed that the past sessions are still displayed after their start time. Depending on the policy of your studio you may want to change the duration after which the past sessions are not displayed anymore on the checkin tablet.
For example, if you have strict rules on attendance and you don't want your member to self-check in after the session starts, you may want your sessions not to be displayed as soon as they start. Or you may be a bit more flexible and leave a 10-minute buffer for your members to arrive. It's up to you!
With this article, we will discover how to change this setting to adapt the display of past sessions to your liking.
Step 1: Go to the settings
In settings (Settings> Personalization) go to the Checkin tablet section.
As you can see the default setting is two hours. You can change this setting to your liking by changing the limit in hours but also in minutes.
To note: if you wish for your past sessions to disappear as soon as the session starts, indicate 0 hours and 0 minutes.
Step 2: Check on the Check-in tablet
Go to your check-in tablet interface and check for the results.
