Warning: If your Stripe account is not configured, you will encounter significant limitations in your payment processing capabilities ; online payments will be disrupted.

To ensure that your Stripe account is configured promptly, our system will automatically display a reminder modal to studio managers every day at 8:10 AM. This modal will serve as a daily prompt until the Stripe account is fully configured.

Daily Reminders to Configure Your Stripe Account

  • Display Time: Every day at 8:10 AM

  • Visibility: The modal will remain visible until manually closed by the manager.

  • Recurrence: The modal will reappear daily until the Stripe account is configured.

Steps to Configure Your Stripe Account

  1. Navigate to Settings:

    • Go to Settings > Company.

  2. Complete Configuration:

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Stripe account.

Consequences of Not Configuring Your Stripe Account

If the Stripe account remains unconfigured for 15 days, stricter measures will be enforced to ensure the configuration is completed.

After 15 Days:

  • Platform Block: The platform will be blocked, and the modal will be displayed continuously without an option to close it.

  • Limited Access: The only accessible page will be Settings > Company.

  • Full Restriction: All other pages will be inaccessible until the Stripe account configuration is complete.

Impact on Payment Processing

⚠️ Important: Without a configured Stripe account, no online payments can be processed. This means all payment-related activities will be stalled, as payment funnels will remain in a perpetual loading state.
