Once you've created your group activities/workshops and added the sessions, they'll appear in the calendar.
Sessions are displayed in the calendar, for each day, according to their start time.
However, if several sessions start at the same time, sessions scheduled at the same time will be displayed chronologically according to their order of creation.
This means that the last session added will appear at the bottom, and the first session added will appear at the top.
Example:
Here, 4 sessions are scheduled on the 17th at 12:00.
The display order above means that the Pilates session was created first, and the MMA session is the one that was added most recently.
If you want to change the display order of sessions that start at the same time, you need to delete them and create them again so they appear at the bottom.
A tip to avoid deleting sessions is to reschedule the session you want to see at the top one minute earlier than the other sessions.
What's new
Once you've created your services and added the classes, they'll appear in the calendar.
Classes are displayed in the calendar, for each day, according to their start time.
However, if several classes start at the same time, classes scheduled at the same time will be displayed chronologically according to their order of creation.
This means that the last class added will appear at the bottom, and the first class added will appear at the top.
Example:
Here, 4 classes are scheduled on the 17th at 12:00.
The display order above means that the Pilates class was created first, and the MMA class is the one that was added most recently.
If you want to change the display order of classes that start at the same time, you need to delete them and create them again so they appear at the bottom.
A tip to avoid deleting classes is to reschedule the class you want to see at the top one minute earlier than the other classes.
What hasn't changed
The tie-breaker for classes at the same time is still based on order of creation: this hasn't changed with the redesign.
