The classes table

Classes are grouped by day, each with a date header and the number of classes scheduled that day (for example, "8 classes"). The default columns are Time, Name, Instructor, Participant list, and Facility.

Bookings, fill rate, waitlist and cancellations

Four figures sit above the calendar: Bookings, Fill rate, Waitlist, and Cancellations. They cover the period you're viewing and follow the filters you've applied.

Each figure shows how it has changed against the previous day, week, or month, depending on the view you're in. A comparison appears only once the period it's measured against has finished — part-way through a week there's no complete week to measure against, and showing one would read as a drop. Select the information icon next to a figure for the same explanation in the product.

  • Filters move the figures. Apply a filter and all four recalculate for the classes that are left.

  • Search doesn't. Searching narrows the list on screen while the figures stay on the full period.

Cancellations counts cancellations made by clients and by your team. It doesn't count bookings lost when a whole class is cancelled, so a cancelled class reads 0. This matches how cancellations are counted in Insights.

Switching views and finding a day

  • Select the Display button, then the View section, to switch between day, week, or month view. This setting is remembered on every visit.

  • Select the date picker in the centre to jump straight to a specific date.

  • You can return to today's view at any time by selecting Today.

  • In day and week views, a day strip runs across the calendar header. Select a day to jump to it. The strip highlights the day you've scrolled to and dims any day with nothing scheduled. Which day the week starts on follows your browser's locale. Month view doesn't have a day strip.

  • As you scroll, the page title, the actions, and the figures above the calendar fold away. Date navigation, the day strip, and filters stay pinned.

  • When you leave the calendar and come back, you land on the day and class you were last on.

Class type and status at a glance

Built-in tags show Hybrid, Recurring, Part of a series, or Online, along with a "live" indicator for classes currently in progress. Cancelled classes keep a permanent strikethrough and visual treatment.

Recurrence overview

To see all upcoming classes in the same recurring series, select a class then click "All classes." This opens an overview of every future class that's part of the same recurrence.

Taking action on a class

Select the 3 dots on a row to access quick actions:

  • Active classes: Edit, Duplicate, Copy link, Cancel

  • Cancelled classes: Restore, Edit, Duplicate, Delete permanently

To act on several classes at once, select the 3 dots next to "Add a class" to open More actions — export the participant list or cancel several classes at the same time.

💡 Use the "Show cancelled classes" toggle under Display instead.

Filtering, search and columns

Filter by Service, Instructor, Level, Facility, Visibility, or substitutions. Filters support is/is not logic, multi-select, in-filter search, and saved presets. Search results respect your active filters.

Show or hide columns from the Display settings — your choice is saved per user.

Opening a class

Select a class row to open its detail drawer. The drawer shows the roster at a glance — everyone who booked, cancelled, or didn't show up — without taking you off the calendar.

To open the full class management page, select Manage. Previously, selecting the row took you there.

On the class management page:

  • The Overview tab shows the participant list and lets you book clients directly onto the class.

  • The Editor tab lets you edit the class settings.

  • The panel on the right shows the class details: instructor, facility, level, price in credits, whether it belongs to a series, and any notes added by staff.

What hasn't changed

Editing, cancelling, restoring, and deleting a class still works the same way as before — see Create, edit, cancel or delete your sessions (Add a class to Calendar) for the steps.

Frequently asked questions

What does the fill rate percentage mean?
Fill rate is one of the four figures above the calendar. It shows the percentage of available spots that are filled across the classes in the period you're viewing.

Why does a cancelled class show 0 cancellations?
Cancellations counts cancellations made by clients and by your team. Bookings lost because a whole class was cancelled aren't counted, so a cancelled class reads 0. Insights counts them the same way.

I searched for a class and the figures above the calendar didn't change. Why?
Search narrows the list of classes on screen only — the figures stay on the full period. Apply a filter instead if you want the figures to follow.

Can I filter by several facilities at once?
Yes — filters support multi-select, so you can filter by several facilities, instructors, or other criteria at the same time.
