With a direct request, a parent has specifically sent you a request that you are able to accept or decline.
You’ll receive a push notification. You can also see these in your Notification Centre, in the top left of your homepage.
If you tap on these notifications, you’ll be taken straight to the request so that you can read the details.
Tapping on the parent's photo on the request page will take you to their profile.
Here, you can read more about them, see any mutual friends, and read their reviews.
At this point, you can either accept or decline the request.
You are also able to message the parent through the app too if you have any questions.
Be quick! Parents will often request more than one sitter. The first to accept will get the job.
