What’s the difference between Browse and Post a Job?

Updated over 3 months ago

Browse, a parent selects specific sitters to send their request to exclusively. The sitters then need to respond and accept the request. These appear in the direct section at the very top of your homepage.

For Post a Job/Open requests, parents post their requirements and sitters in the local area get notified and are able to apply for the job. The parent is then the one who confirms the booking with the sitter they deem is right for them. You may be a handpicked sitter on one of these which means a parent has loved your profile and definitely wants you to apply but has let others do so also.

You can be available for both Post a Job and Browse requests
