To help foster a safe and secure platform, and to help sitters find as much work as possible, we've developed an onboarding portal for new sitters, that makes it possible for them to build a great Bubble profile from the get-go.
After creating a Bubble account, all sitters are prompted to complete the Bubble onboarding portal before the profile is approved.
The steps in the onboarding portal are as follows:
An identity check
Two reference checks
Your profile photo
Your hourly rate
Your bio
The onboarding section of the app makes it easy and quick for sitters to upload all of the required documentation.
Once a sitter has completed their onboarding steps and both references have responded, the Bubble team will review everything and run an online background check.
At this point, if all guidelines have been met, a sitter's account will be approved.
