To help foster a safe and secure platform, and to help sitters be as successful as possible, we've developed an onboarding portal for new sitters, that makes it possible for them to build a great Bubble profile from the get-go.
After creating a Bubble account, all sitters are prompted to complete the Bubble onboarding portal before they can go live.
The steps in the onboarding portal are as follows:
An identity check: We need 3 photos from you to prove your identity.
Two reference checks: We allow you to request references from previous employers
Your profile photo: a clear headshot photo of you smiling.
Your hourly rate
Your bio: details your childcare experience, qualifications, hobbies and general approach to looking after children.
The onboarding section of the app makes it easy and quick for sitters to upload all of the required documentation.
Once a sitter has completed their onboarding portal, the Bubble team will review their profile photo and bio to ensure it meets the platform guidelines, and complete the online background check.
At this point, if all guidelines have been met, a sitter's account will be turned live.
