Choosing a great profile photo
Choosing a great profile photo
Updated over a week ago

Having a clear and friendly profile photo really helps sitters when it comes to being chosen for jobs on Bubble.

When creating your Bubble profile, you’ll be asked to upload a profile picture.

You’ll be prompted to allow Bubble access to your camera and photo gallery and you need to give permission when prompted to be able to upload a photo.

You can use the selection & cropping tool in the app to choose a picture from your phone, or you can take a brand new one.

For safety reasons, it's important that your profile photo accurately represents you. Please consider the following photo guidelines;

  • No filters or photo enhancements, including FaceTune, Instagram and Snapchat filters or borders. The Bubble onboarding team will compare the photo to your ID documents.

  • Photos should be clear and in focus. A plain background helps to keep the focus on you.

  • A head and shoulders photo is best so that parents can identify you from the small photo within the Bubble app.

  • Avoid sunglasses and big hats that obscure your face at all.

  • Photo should be only of you.
