If you’ve signed up for Buenro but don’t yet have access to book or curate, you’re likely on the waitlist. This system helps us roll out the platform gradually and maintain a trusted community experience.
1. What Is the Waitlist?
Once you create an account, you’re automatically added to the waitlist if:
You joined during a limited access phase
Your account is still under manual review
You haven’t yet completed all required onboarding steps (e.g., profile photo, KYC, etc.)
You can still explore the app, but you won’t be able to create or join group bookings until you're off the list.
2. How Will I Know I’m Off the Waitlist?
You’ll receive an email notification confirming access.
Check the inbox of the email you signed up with
You can also check your app home screen — it will update with full functionality once you’re approved
3. How Can I Improve My Chances of Early Access?
Here are ways to boost your priority:
Complete your profile (add a real photo, name, DOB, job title)
Verify your email and follow all onboarding prompts
Refer a friend via the invite link in the app (Feature Coming soon)
Join the waitlist early — access is often rolled out in order of signup
Occasionally, priority is granted to users who have been invited by existing active members
4. I’ve Been Waiting a Long Time — What Should I Do?
Double check you’ve completed all required fields in your profile
Ensure your verification email was confirmed
If it’s been more than 2 weeks, contact Buenro Support via the Help tab in-app or email support@buenro.intercom-mail.com
