When someone invites you to a Buenro group, you may get the invite link by WhatsApp or SMS. This link connects you directly to the group, whether or not you already have the Buenro app installed.
1. Open the Invite Link
Already have the app? The link will take you straight to the Group page for that booking.
Don’t have the app yet? The link first opens a landing page with the property details and group info. From there, you’ll be guided to download Buenro from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Install and Open the App
Once the app is installed, it will automatically open on the Group page tied to your invite.
You’ll see details like the Curator, dates, and how many rooms are left.
3. Accept Terms and Sign Up
Before joining, you’ll be asked to:
Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Create a Buenro account (if you’re new) or log in (if you already have one).
4. Confirm Your Spot
From the Group page:
If you’re invited as a Guest, you can claim a room or spot directly.
If you’re added as a +1, you confirm your place under the Guest who invited you.
Once confirmed, you’ll appear in the Group list and have access to the House Dashboard.
5. Next Steps
You can check group details, chat with other members, and see booking status from your House Dashboard.
If the invite doesn’t work (e.g. the group is full, the link expired, or the Curator cancelled), you won’t be able to join.
