Having trouble completing your payment on Buenro? It’s usually easy to resolve. Here are the most common reasons and what you can do to fix them.

1. Check Your Payment Details

Start by confirming:

  • Card number, expiration date, and CVV are correct

  • Billing postcode matches the card’s address

  • Sufficient funds are available

Even small typos can cause a payment to fail.

2. Try Another Card or Payment Method

Buenro accepts:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Other options like Apple Pay

If one method fails, try another.

3. Contact Your Bank

Banks may block a transaction if:

  • It's flagged as suspicious

  • You’ve reached a limit

  • The card is not authorised for online or international use

Call your bank to approve the charge, then try again.

4. Payment Hold vs. Payment Capture

If your group is still forming:

  • The amount may show as a pending hold, not a charge

  • Funds are only captured when the group completes

If your bank declined the hold, retry with a new method.

5. Still Not Working?

Contact Support with:

  • A description of what’s happening (error messages help!)

  • The payment method you’re using

  • The booking you’re trying to join

We’ll investigate and help resolve it — usually within 24 hours.
