Yes — you can leave a group after joining, but the outcome depends on when you cancel and whether the group booking has been confirmed.
1. Cancelling Before Booking Confirmation
If the group is still pending (not yet full):
You can leave at any time
Your payment authorisation is released
No charge or refund is needed
You can also rejoin the same group later if space is available.
2. Cancelling After Booking Confirmation
Once the booking is confirmed:
You are considered contractually committed
Refunds depend on the Property Manager’s cancellation policy
The Buenro Fee is non-refundable

3. What About +1s?
If you're an Inviter cancelling on behalf of a +1:
The same rules apply
You are financially responsible for their portion
Your +1 can also cancel on their own, but payment terms are still your responsibility.
4. Group Continuity After Cancellation
If you cancel:
Your spot may be reopened for someone else
The booking remains valid as long as the group has enough members
The Curator can manage replacements via the dashboard
5. How to Cancel
To cancel your participation:
Open your Booking Dashboard in the app
Click on "Reservation"
Tap “Cancel Reservation” before the confirmation deadline
If the booking is confirmed, contact Support or if cancellation is urgent or safety-related
