If you're trying to log in or sign up and don’t receive a verification code, don’t worry — this is usually a quick fix.
1. Double Check Your Contact Info
Make sure:
The email address or phone number you entered is correct
Your device has a stable internet or mobile connection
You included the correct country code (for phone numbers)
Typos and formatting issues are common causes of failed delivery.
2. Wait and Retry
Sometimes there's a short delay. Wait a minute, then:
Tap “Resend code”
Avoid switching apps — some phones block SMS or email delivery in the background
If you still don’t receive the code after a few attempts, continue to the next step.
3. Check Your Spam or Promotions Folder
If you requested a code by email:
Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions tab
Look for an email from support@buenro.intercom-mail.com
4. Try a Different Delivery Method
If you signed up using email, try switching to phone number — or vice versa.
This can help if one channel is temporarily blocked or degraded

5. Still No Code? Contact Support
Open the Help tab or visit support@buenro.intercom-mail.com, then:
Submit a “Code Not Received” ticket
Include the phone number or email you used
Mention any steps you've already tried
