I can’t see the booking dashboard

Here’s how to troubleshoot and regain access.

If your booking dashboard is missing, incomplete, or not showing the right details, there are a few common reasons.


. Booking Not Yet Confirmed

  • The dashboard is only fully available after your group booking is confirmed

  • If the group is still forming (Pending status), some features may be limited

  • You’ll get access to the full dashboard once all spots are filled and payments are processed


2. App Needs to Refresh

Try:

  • Pulling down on the screen to manually refresh

  • Closing and reopening the app

  • Switching to a different tab (e.g. Timeline) and coming back


3. You're No Longer in the Group

If you:

  • Left the group

  • Were removed by the Curator

  • Or the group was cancelled

...you will no longer see that booking dashboard.

Check your booking history or past trips to confirm the group’s status.


4. App or Account Bug

If you’ve confirmed your booking but still can’t see the dashboard:

  • Make sure you’re on the latest app version

  • Log out and log back in

  • Reinstall the app if needed


5. Contact Support

Still missing?

  • Use the Help tab in the app or go to support@buenro.intercom-mail.com

  • Submit a “Missing Dashboard” ticket

  • Include your email, booking date, and the name of the property

Support will respond within 24 hours.
