A complete profile makes it easier for your friends to know it’s you, helps with check-in, and is required for some booking steps like payment and refunds.
✨ Why complete your profile?
Ensures your spot in the group is confirmed
Lets the Curator and other guests see who’s joining
Required for checkout (phone number and payment details)
Helps avoid delays if you need to make changes or request a refund
🧾 What you’ll need to add
After joining a group, you’ll be prompted to:
Full name – so your booking can be confirmed correctly.
Email – to receive trip details and confirmations.
Phone number – required at checkout and verified with a code.
Profile photo (optional) – makes it easier for your group to recognise you.
📱 Step by step
Open the Profile tab in the app.
Tap Edit Profile.
Fill in your name, email, and phone number.
Verify your phone number with the code sent to you.
Save your changes.
If you joined via an invite link, some details may already be filled in. You can update or correct these at any time.
⚠️ Things to keep in mind
You won’t be able to complete checkout until your phone number is verified.
If you update your phone number, a new code will be sent and your record will be updated automatically.
Guests and +1s both need completed profiles to appear in the group list.
