1. Before You Join a Trip
Only join trips with people you feel comfortable around.
Review the trip details and guest list carefully before confirming.
Reach out to the Curator with any questions or concerns before accepting an invite.
2. During the Trip
If something feels off, speak directly with the Curator or host if they are not involved.
Keep your phone charged and stay aware of your surroundings.
Trust your instincts. If you feel unsafe, remove yourself from the situation if you can and reach out to us.
3. In the App
Avoid sharing private details like your address or payment information in chat.
Report any behaviour that feels inappropriate or unsafe.
If your Curator or host is not part of the issue, try speaking with them first. If the issue can’t be resolved or feels more serious, contact us directly.
