Buenro is built on trust, respect, and shared experiences. To ensure a great time for everyone, we ask all guests to follow a few key expectations during their stay. These help keep the experience smooth, safe, and enjoyable.

1. Follow House Rules

Each property comes with its own set of house rules. These may include:

  • No smoking

  • Quiet hours

  • No parties or unregistered guests

  • Rules about shared spaces or equipment

Check the property listing and your group’s dashboard for specific rules before and during your stay.

2. Respect Other Guests

  • Be mindful of shared bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas

  • Don’t take over spaces not assigned to you

  • Communicate if something goes wrong — whether it’s noise, damage, or confusion about boundaries

Buenro is a shared platform, so kindness goes a long way.

3. Keep the Property Safe and Clean

  • Lock doors and windows when you leave

  • Don’t tamper with safety devices (e.g. smoke alarms, fire extinguishers)

  • Leave the space as you found it — or better

4. Report Issues Promptly

If something breaks, goes missing, or feels unsafe:

  • Contact your Curator first (they coordinate with the Property Manager)

  • Use the Help tab in the app to report serious issues

Prompt reporting helps us protect your group and future guests.

5. Respect Check-In and Check-Out Times

These are set by the Property Manager and must be followed. Arriving too early or leaving late can disrupt cleaning schedules or incoming guests.

6. Comply with Buenro’s Terms and Rules

During your stay, you must also:

  • Avoid off-platform transactions

  • Follow the Buenro Rules and Terms of Use

  • Be a responsible +1 or Inviter (if applicable)
