  1. What is Bukku MiniPOS, and how does it work?

    Bukku MiniPOS is a simple and easy-to-use point of sale system that helps you manage your micro retail business. With MiniPOS, you can easily create and manage your products, customers, and track your sales transactions with LHDN e-invoice compliance.

    Whether you run a roadside food stall, small kiosk, or convenience store, Bukku MiniPOS streamlines transactions and syncs your sales data with your Bukku Accounting records.

  2. Do I need a Bukku account to use MiniPOS?

    Yes, MiniPOS is part of the Bukku ecosystem. You must have a Bukku account to access and use MiniPOS.


  3. Is Bukku MiniPOS linked to my Bukku Accounting account?

    Yes, Bukku MiniPOS is fully integrated with your Bukku Accounting account.

    • Orders created in MiniPOS sync automatically to Bukku under MiniPOS > Orders in Bukku, where you can track sales, void orders, or validate them into e-invoices.

    • Products and customers created in either Bukku Accounting or MiniPOS will sync to the other, keeping records updated across both platforms.

    This seamless integration ensures all your sales, customer, and product data stay synchronised in real time.


  4. Is Bukku MiniPOS free? How do I subscribe?

    Yes! For new Bukku Users, once you onboard Bukku MiniPOS, you'll get a 30-day Bukku Premium free trial, which includes full access to all Accounting and MiniPOS features.

    If you're here for the entirely free MiniPOS, simply subscribe to our Launch plan within 30 days—it’s completely Free-of-Charge!

    You can subscribe to Launch plan by following the steps below:

    • Login to Bukku Accounting via your Bukku URL.

    • Go to Control Panel > Billing & Subscription.

    • Click Subscribe, then select the Launch plan.

    • Enter your billing card information to complete the subscription.

Orders, Digests (Sales) & Syncing

  1. Where can I find orders recorded in MiniPOS?

    You can find all MiniPOS orders in MiniPOS > Orders. This section displays all recorded transactions, including order details, amounts, and statuses.

    Every order created in the Bukku MiniPOS app is instantly recorded in your Bukku account under MiniPOS > Orders, ensuring your orders stays updated in real time.


  2. How do I sync my daily sales data from MiniPOS to Bukku?
    Sales sync automatically every day by default. You can also disable Auto Sync and manually sync transactions from Flow Stream.

    The orders are consolidated into a daily sales summary, called a “Digest”, which is then synced into Bukku Accounting as a Digest through the Flow module.


  3. Where can I find my MiniPOS daily sales data in Bukku?
    Synced sales data appears under Flow Module > MiniPOS, where you can review and manage invoices posting.


  4. When will my sales data sync to the Flow module in Bukku?

    If Auto Sync is enabled under Sync Settings in Stream Settings, sales data will sync daily. The digest is processed at 6am the next day, meaning daily orders on 10/03/2025 will sync as a digest on 11/03/2025 at 6am.


  5. What is the difference between Orders and Digests?

    Order: An individual customer purchase recorded in MiniPOS.

    Digest: A daily sales summary consolidating all MiniPOS orders for the day into one record in Bukku.

    For example, if you have 10 orders in a day, these will be combined into 1 Digest and synced to Bukku Accounting.


  6. What is the difference between Flow > MiniPOS, and, MiniPOS > Orders in Bukku Account?

    Flow > MiniPOS displays the Digest, which is a daily sales summary consolidating all MiniPOS orders for the day into one record in Bukku. This section under the Flow module allows you to review and manage consolidated sales data before posting them as invoices.

    MiniPOS > Orders contains individual customer orders that have already been synced from MiniPOS into Bukku. This section allows you to view, track, and manage customer orders from MiniPOS.

Invoices & E-Invoicing

  1. Will MiniPOS automatically generate invoices in Bukku?
    Yes, if Auto Invoice is enabled, invoices will be generated automatically. If Auto Invoice is disabled, you must manually post invoices from the digest.

  2. How can I submit consolidated e-invoices for normal daily cash sales from MiniPOS?
    To submit consolidated e-invoices for daily cash sales, log in to Bukku and go to MyInvois > MiniPOS Orders.
