New MyInvois updates are here!

We’ve rolled out some enhancements to give you more flexibility and control when submitting e-invoices through Bukku. From extended validation options to smarter defaults and cleaner document presentation—everything is designed to support a smoother, more user-friendly e-invoicing experience.

Validate e-Invoices Beyond 72 Hours — Including Past or Future Dates

  • You’re no longer limited by the 72-hour rule. You can now validate transactions that are backdated or postdated.

  • This gives you full flexibility to handle delays, corrections, or early preparations, all while staying aligned with LHDN’s MyInvois requirements.

  • When a transaction is submitted for validation outside the same calendar month, a Billing Date will appear to reflect the actual transaction date—making it easier to reference the correct timeline.

  • Example: If the invoice date is 31/07/2025 but it’s submitted on 05/08/2025, the billing date will appear as 31/07/2025.

Hide MyInvois Details from PDF Transactions

  • You can now choose to hide MyInvois indicators—such as the QR code and MyInvois status—from appearing in PDF documents, even if MyInvois submission is enabled.

  • This is especially helpful for documents like Delivery Notes, where you may prefer a cleaner layout without showing e-invoicing details to the delivery staff or recipients.

  • To turn this off:

    • Go to Control Panel > Form Design, click View on your form design, and toggle off the MyInvois Indicators option under the Others section. Don’t forget to save your changes.

Consolidated e-Invoice Now Supports Flexible Periods

  • You’re no longer limited to submitting your consolidated e-invoice for an entire calendar month.

  • You can now define custom periods—like 1st July to 14th July, and then 15th July to 31st July—according to your workflow needs.

  • This flexibility allows companies to submit on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, making it easier to manage high transaction volumes and streamline internal processes.

  • You can also go back and submit for earlier months like June or May if needed.
Just note that according to LHDN’s guideline, consolidated e-Invoices should be issued within seven (7) calendar days after the month ends.

Set Default MyInvois Action by Contact

  • You can now assign a default MyInvois Control—such as "Normal", "Validate", or "External"—for each contact.

  • For example, if you always validate invoices for a specific customer like ABC Sdn Bhd, just set it once in its contact profile, and we’ll auto-apply the action every time you issue a new invoice to the customer.

Turn Off MyInvois Submission After Submission

  • You can now disable the MyInvois Submission setting even after submission has already been performed.

  • Go to Control Panel > Company Setting > General > MyInvois Submission and toggle it off.

  • You’ll see a message confirming: Deactivate MyInvois Submission.

  • Once turned off, all MyInvois features—including QR codes and e-invoice labels—will be hidden until reactivated. Please note:

    • Future recurring instructions with 'Validate' MyInvois action will be created as normal transactions.

    • Transactions that are pending MyInvois validation will still be queued for processing.
