Adding and Managing Multiple Companies in Bukku

Already have a Bukku account? You can easily add another company under the same login. If your new company is registered under a different SSM entity or registration number, you don’t need a new Bukku account—simply create a new company URL and you’re ready to go.

Bukku allows you to manage multiple companies seamlessly under a single account using the same login email, making it easy to switch between businesses without needing separate logins.

Steps to Add a New Company

  1. Log in to your Bukku account.

  2. Click the dropdown icon next to the Bukku URL and select New Company.

  3. Enter the required details:

    • Company Name: The legal name of your business entity registered with the local authorities.

    • Company URL: Enter a unique URL to login and access your account. The accepted URL is within 3 to 20 characters, containing only alphabets and numbers. This URL is your gateway to your company’s data.

  4. Enter a Coupon Code (if available).

  5. Click Start Free Trial to complete the setup.

  6. Your new company is now created, appears in the dropdown menu, and will enjoy a 30-day Elite free trial. You can now manage multiple companies simultaneously by opening each from the dropdown in a separate browser tab.

Managing Subscriptions

  • Each company requires a separate subscription plan.

  • You can manage multiple companies under a single login, but subscriptions cannot be shared.

  • Switching between companies is simple—just use the dropdown menu next to the Bukku URL. Each company operates independently, and its subscription is managed through its own Control Panel > Billing & Subscription.
