Signing up for a Bukku account is quick and easy — just a few simple steps, and you’ll be ready to go.
Follow the guide below to create and activate your account in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Access the Sign-Up Page
Open your preferred web browser, go to https://bukku.my/, and click Try for Free at the top-right corner of the homepage.
You will be redirected to our simplified sign-up form.
Step 2: Complete the Sign-Up Form
Follow the steps below to fill in your details. The letters (a–k) correspond to the fields shown in the images below.
Email Address
Enter the email address you wish to use as your login ID. We recommend using your work email.
Password
Create your desired password. The password must contain at least 8 characters. You will use this password whenever you log in to Bukku.
Company Name
Enter your full registered company name (usually the name registered with SSM). Example: Nukleus Sdn Bhd
Home Country
Default: Malaysia. If your company is incorporated overseas, click Change to update it.
Home Currency
Default: MYR. Change it if your company is incorporated in a foreign country, and/or uses a different base currency.
Inventory System
Default: Perpetual. Change to Periodic if you prefer to enter closing stock manually.
Chart of Accounts
Default: General. More templates will be released soon.
Company URL
Choose a unique URL (3 - 20 alphanumeric characters). This will be your login link to access your Bukku account.
Discount / Coupon Code (Optional)
If you have a discount or coupon code, you can enter it here.
A code applies a discount or special offer to your account.
When using a code, your free trial will always start first, and no payment is charged immediately.
You can start or manage your subscription later from Control Panel > Billing & Subscription.
Before continuing, review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Once done, click Start Free Trial.
Once you’ve completed the steps above, you’ll be directed to a page to provide additional information and activate your account. You’re almost ready to use Bukku!
Step 3: Email Confirmation
After clicking Start Free Trial:
A pop-up titled Email Confirmation will appear.
Check that the email address shown is correct.
Click OK.
An activation code will be sent to your email. You’ll need this code in the next step.
Step 4: Complete Additional Information & Account Activation
A second pop-up form will appear. Fill in the following:
First Name
Enter your given name.
Mobile Number
Enter your active phone number.
Activation Code
Check your email inbox for a message containing a 4-digit activation code.
Enter the code into the field provided.
Once all fields are completed, click Save to activate your account.
After saving, you will be redirected to your Bukku account. You can now start exploring Bukku! 🎉 Your Bukku account is fully activated, and you can enjoy your 30-day free trial immediately.
