Activating Your Bukku MiniPOS

Bukku MiniPOS is a free and simple point-of-sale system designed for Micro-SMEs in Malaysia. Whether you run a roadside food stalls, a small kiosk, or a convenience store, Bukku MiniPOS helps businesses generate e-invoices effortlessly while managing daily sales transactions.

Let's activate Bukku MiniPOS today and start selling with ease!

For Existing Bukku Users

  1. Log in to your Bukku account.

  2. Go to Control Panel > Apps.

  3. Locate Bukku MiniPOS and click Activate.

  4. Download the Bukku MiniPOS app from the App Store, Google Play Store or AppGallery.

  5. Sign in using your Bukku account credentials.

  6. After signing in, your existing customers and products from your Bukku account will automatically sync and appear in the app.

For New Users (Without a Bukku Account)

Download the Bukku MiniPOS app from the App Store, Google Play Store, or AppGallery, and follow these steps to sign up:

  1. Tap the Sign Up button.

  2. Enter your email address, which will be used as your login ID. It’s recommended to use your work email.

  3. Tap Continue to proceed to OTP verification.

  4. Check your email for the OTP and enter it in the app.

  5. Set your password, enter your name and mobile number, then tap Continue.

  6. Enter your company’s full name, as registered with SSM.

  7. Choose a company URL for Bukku. This URL (3 to 16 alphanumeric characters) will be your access point to your company’s information.

  8. Tick the checkbox to agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  9. Your Bukku account will be created automatically upon registration.

Since you’re new to Bukku, your account will also be accessible via a web browser by entering your Bukku URL. You’ll receive a 30-day free trial of Bukku Premium to explore its full accounting features.

Once you log in to Bukku Accounting, you’ll find that Bukku MiniPOS is also activated under Control Panel > Apps.

Important Notes

  1. If you manage multiple companies in Bukku (with different URLs) under the same Bukku account login:

    • Repeat the activation process: Control Panel > Apps > Bukku MiniPOS > Activate at each Bukku URL.

    • Once activated, you will be able to access each company's MiniPOS from the Bukku MiniPOS mobile app.

  2. Once Bukku MiniPOS is activated, you will see Flow > MiniPOS and MiniPOS in your main menu within your Bukku account.

  3. Bukku MiniPOS is fully integrated with your Bukku Accounting account.

    • Orders created in MiniPOS sync automatically to Bukku under MiniPOS > Orders in Bukku.

    • Products and customers created in either Bukku Accounting or MiniPOS will sync to the other, keeping records updated across both platforms.

    This seamless integration ensures all your sales, customer, and product data stay synchronised in real time.
