Once you’ve explored Bukku during the free trial and feel comfortable it fits your needs, you can easily continue using Bukku by subscribing directly from your account.
This guide walks you through everything you need to know before, during, and after subscribing, so you understand the setup process, payment options, and what to expect once your subscription is active.
Before You Begin
Go to Control Panel > Billing & Subscription.
Click the Subscribe button to start your subscription setup.
A pop-up window will appear with 3 steps to complete the process.
During the Subscription Setup
You’ll go through the 3 steps below inside the pop-up.
Step 1 of 3: Select Plan & Add-on(s)
Here, you can:
Enter a Coupon Code (optional)
Choose your Billing Cycle – Monthly or Yearly
Select your Subscription Plan – Launch, Seed, Grow, Prime or Elite
📌 Compare plans in detail: https://bukku.my/compare-plans
Optional: Add-on Packs
You can purchase additional quotas for certain features:
Storage – Additional file storage space
Email – Number of emails sent
Data Extraction – Number of pages extracted, used in Digital Shoebox and Universal SmartRecon
Flow - Number of POS orders synced via Flow Streams
Each plan already includes its own quota, so you don’t need to purchase add-ons immediately. You can always add them later when needed.

💡 Additional Add-Ons for Seed & Grow Plan

Step 2 of 3 – Review Feature Loss
If you are downgrading your plan (for example, from Prime to Seed), this step shows the features that will no longer be available under the new plan.
Kindly review the list carefully to understand what features you will lose after the downgrade.
You may expand each section to see the specific locked features. The number shown on the icon indicates how many features will be locked in that category.
If you are unsure about any feature or need clarification, feel free to contact our support team — we’re happy to help.
If you’re keeping or upgrading your plan, it will confirm that there are no changes. All existing features are still accessible in the new plan.
Click Next to proceed.

After Subscribing
After subscribing, you can review all your subscription information under Control Panel > Billing & Subscription:
Subscription & Quota – Plan details, billing cycle, status, payment card, billing date, and account creation date.
Features – List of features available in your current plan.
Past Invoices – View and download all invoices and receipts of your subscription plan.
Event Logs – See actions performed by users related to your subscription.
📣 Subscription Renewal & Auto-Billing
Bukku subscriptions are billed on a recurring subscription basis and are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the next billing date.
When you subscribe, your plan is billed in advance based on the billing cycle you selected:
Monthly subscriptions are billed every month
Yearly subscriptions are billed once per year
At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will remain active and renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access to Bukku’s features.
A valid payment method (credit / debit card) is required to process subscription payments. By submitting your payment details, you authorise Bukku’s payment processor to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees to your account.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:
Control Panel > Billing & Subscription > Cancel.
Cancellation will stop future renewals, but it does not reverse charges that have already been billed. To avoid unwanted charges, ensure you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
