How to Subscribe to Your Bukku Account

If you are comfortable with Bukku during the free trial and decided to continue using it, you can simply subscribe to us. Please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Control Panel > Billing & Subscription.

2. At Billing & Subscription page, click on Subscribe.

3. You will then see the 4 steps:

Step 1 of 4: Select Plan & Add-on(s):

  • Key in the Coupon Code if any. *optional

  • Choose Monthly or Yearly.

  • Choose the Subscription Plan.
    ​Note: Compare subscription plans in details at https://bukku.my/compare-plans.

You can also add additional quota at Add-on Packs.

  • Data Extraction - Number of pages extracted
    ​Note: the quota can be used in Digital Shoebox and auto bank reconciliation

  • WhatsApp - Number of files receive in WhatsApp

  • Email - Number of sending emails

  • File Storage

Note:

Each plan comes with its own quota.

You can skip this step and add on later whenever you need it.

Click Next.


Step 2 of 4: Review Feature Loss

For example, if you switch plan from Prime to Grow, review the affected features.

If you maintain your current subscription plan, you will see the message as below:

Click Next.


Step 3 of 4: Review User(s) (If Applicable)

All Bukku plans support unlimited users β€” you can invite as many team members as you need to manage your Bukku account, regardless of your subscription plan.

Click Next.


Step 4 of 4: Order Summary

Enter your Billing Information here.

Our current payment mode:

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • Bank transfer (available for annual subscriptions only)

Click on Subscribe and you are done, your invoice will appear under the Past Invoices section.

4. You can see:

  • Details of Plan, Billing Cycle, Status, Payment Card, Billing Date & Account Created Date, at Subscription & Quota.

  • List of features available in your current subscription plan, at Features.

  • View & download all your previous invoices and receipts of subscription, at Past Invoices.

  • Action performed by user in subscription, at Event logs.
