If you register your phone number to more than one Bukku company for the digital shoebox, when you send a receipt from your WhatsApp to the Digital Shoebox number, it will always upload to the first company.
Scenario:
You registered your WhatsApp number under demoaccount.bukku.my. And after that you register the same number to the second company training.bukku.my.
Based on the scenario above, the shoebox will always upload to the first company (demoaccount.bukku.my.). If you need to upload the shoebox to the training.bukku.my, you need to perform the switch action.
Follow the steps below to switch the company.
1. Go to your WhatsApp number.
2. Type /SWITCH <Bukku URL> and send to the shoebox number.
Example: /SWITCH training and sent to 016-699 9999.
PS: Bukku URL need to enter without https and bukku.my.
3. Next you will received a reply from Shoebox number that informed, you already switch the company.
