Improved & Redesigned Contact Module
Introducing our revamped Contact Module for an enhanced user experience, and fulfill new information needs for MyInvois purpose.
You can conveniently update your existing contacts with the Registration Number / NRIC Number and/or TIN number.
There are also new features and functions designed to simplify the process of making your contacts as MyInvois ready.

Batch Update Contacts
Introducing a new feature that allows you to effortlessly batch update your contacts all at once, saving you the hassle of updating them one by one. Enjoy a smoother, more efficient contact management experience!
Navigate to Contacts > Click on the (...) besides +New > Batch Update.
You will see a table where you can update all of your existing contacts. When any amendment or update is made to a field, the field will be highlighted in green.
Improved & Redesigned Quick Add / Edit Contact Feature in Transaction Level
An enhanced interface for quickly adding and editing contacts during transactions makes it easier to manage and update contact information effectively.
