Case 1 : Moving the user to another L2 team within the same L1 team
To move a user to a different team in the Official Challenge, please follow the steps below:
From the Admin Center, select the Challenges tab in the side navigation menu and click on the challenge with your Nested challenge mode.
Scroll down to your Team Leaderboards mode and select Manage Teams as shown below:
Navigate to "Nested Teams" section and select the L2 team the user is currently on:
Click "Team members"
Scroll to find the user's name. Select the box next to their name, and scroll up to hit the Remove button:
Confirm that you want to remove the team member by selecting the Yes, Remove button:
Navigate back to "Nested Teams" section and select the new L2 team (present in the same L1 team) where you want to add the user.
Select the Add User button to add the user to their correct team:
Case 2 : Moving the user to an L2 team present in a different L1 team
To move a user to a different team in the Official Challenge, please follow the steps below:
From the Admin Center, select the Challenges tab in the side navigation menu and click on the challenge with your Nested challenge mode.
Scroll down to your Team Leaderboards mode and select Manage Teams as shown below:
Navigate to "Teams" section and select the L1 team the user is currently on:
Click "Team members"
Scroll to find the user's name. Select the box next to their name, and scroll up to hit the Remove button:
Confirm that you want to remove the team member by selecting the Yes, Remove button:
Navigate back to "Teams" section and select the new L1 team where you want to add the user.
Select the Add User button to add the user to the team:
Now navigate to "Nested Teams" section in the module and select the L2 team (present in the user's updated L1 team) where you want to add the user.
Select the Add User button to add the user to the L2 team.
