Who can see my virtual mailbox content besides me?

  • By default, only you (when logged in) see your mailbox scans in the dashboard.

  • Certain BusinessAnywhere staff may access items when required to process, forward, or troubleshoot issues.

  • Mail content is not shared with other clients or third parties except as required by law or by your explicit request.
