How do you handle checks sent to my virtual mailbox?

We scan and store checks in your dashboard and can forward them, but we do not sign or deposit them for you.

When a check arrives at your BusinessAnywhere virtual mailbox, the envelope and all contents are automatically opened and scanned, and the PDF of the check is uploaded to your dashboard, where you can view and download it.

If you need the original, you can request forwarding of the physical check to your chosen address, or leave it in storage for up to 90 days and decide later.

BusinessAnywhere does not sign, endorse, or deposit checks and never accesses your bank account; you are responsible for depositing checks with your bank.
