If you need to cancel an order placed with buymie, you can do so for a full refund without any additional fees up until the time your shopper has left for the store. Please note that cancellation is no longer possible once your shopper has checked out of the store.

If you cancel an order during the shopping process, you will be charged a cancellation fee of up to €15/£15. The value of the order will be refunded as buymie credit, less any cancellation fee. This credit can then be refunded to your payment method if you wish.
