How to Order and Pay for Items Priced by Weight

When ordering items that are priced by weight on the app, there are a few extra steps you need to take to ensure that you are accurately charged for the weight of the items that you are purchasing.

Click on the Item for Detailed Pricing

When you see an item in the app that is priced by weight, the first step is to click on the item's picture. This will provide you with detailed information on the price and an approximate weight that this price applies to.

Choose a Quantity Based on the Approximate Weight

Once you have clicked the item's picture, you can choose a quantity. When ordering items that are priced by weight, the quantity is based on the approximate weight. For example, if the approximate weight is 150 grams and you choose a quantity of 2, this will mean your personal shopper will shop for 300 grams of that item.

The Final Price Charged in Store

Your personal shopper will purchase items as close to the weight you are ordering as possible. As such, your price will be updated according to the final price charged in-store on the day.
