Why did you deliver a lower quantity from what I ordered?

Depending on your substitution preference or item specific notes, your personal shopper may make a substitution or lower the quantity of items you ordered. This is because there may be insufficient inventory available at the store.

Example

If you order 3 Greek Yoghurt items, but your shopper only finds two items in stock at the store, they will follow your instructions (by checking your substitution preference and item notes) before removing one of the items from your final bill and only delivering two items.

It is important to note that you will only ever be charged for the items that your shopper purchases in the store.

See how pre-authorisation payments work in this handy dandy article to understand how we only charge you for what's purchased in the store.
