Can Someone Else Accept My Delivery?
At some point, you may need someone to accept your order for you, for instance, if you are busy or not at home to receive the order. We understand that this may be the case, and it's no problem.
Yes, someone else can accept the order on your behalf, however, to ensure there is no confusion for your personal shopper, we would ask that you communicate this to your personal shopper via the Delivery Notes available at checkout or by letting us know so that we can update your personal shopper.
TIP: If your order contains alcohol, you must ensure your recipient is over 18 and has an ID available for delivery.
