How to Create a Viber Business Account
You will need a Viber Chatbot to create a Viber Business Account. Creating a Viber Chatbot is simple. All you need is to go to the Viber Admin Panel to start the process of creating a personal Viber account and a Viber Business Account.
Log in to the Viber Admin Panel at this address. Enter the phone number registered to your personal Viber account here. When the process is completed, you need to enter the verification code sent to your Viber account.
Add your business information. Add a picture and some basic information about your business. You can change this information later in the application.
Press the Create button at the bottom of the form. When your Viber Business Account is ready, you will receive your token. Copy this token.
Chat Widget Settings
System Administrator > Chat Widgets
Click on the new (+) button.
Select the widget type "Viber".
After creating the Viber account, paste the resulting token into the "Integration Customer Token" field.
In the "Integration Endpoint" field https://chatapi.viber.com he did his knowledge.
After selecting the ICR and queue information, save the widget.
