The Web URL Auth page lets you create the authorization methods that external services use to access the Call Center Studio platform.
Menu path: System Administrator > Webhook > Web URL Auth
Editing or deleting an authorization method
Each authorization method defined on the page has a hamburger menu icon next to it. Click the icon to edit or delete that method.
Creating a new authorization method
Click the New button at the top right of the screen.
In the window that opens, enter an Authentication Name.
Select the Authentication Type to be used with your service.
Field descriptions
Authentication Name: The name that identifies the authorization method.
Authentication Type: The type of authentication to be used with your service.
