What Is a Outreach Agent?

A Outreach Agent is your always-on, AI-powered sales rep. Once launched, it can:

  • Source prospects that match your defined persona

  • Validate and enrich contact data

  • Research each prospect for personalization

  • Generate and send outreach across email and LinkedIn

  • Learn from performance and optimize over time

Each Agent focuses on a single persona, vertical, or goal—similar to how a dedicated SDR would work.

Creating an Agent

You’ll create your Agent in the Campaign Wizard, where you define:

  • Target Persona – The audience you want to reach

  • Objectives – What success looks like (e.g., booked demos, webinar signups)

  • Materials – The source-of-truth content the Agent uses to represent your brand

  • Outreach Channels – Email, LinkedIn, or both

Running an Agent

Once created, you can monitor and manage your Agent in the Campaign Editor, where you can:
