If your hub is offline, please try the below steps;

Restart your Windows desktop app

  1. Using the X in the top left hand corner of the desktop app, click to close the desktop app.

  2. Reopen the desktop app by clicking on the Cammy icon on your desktop.

  3. Check your hub status to see if it is now online.

Restart The Cammy Windows Hub Service

  1. Head to the "Services" area of your PC. This can be found by typing "Services" into the search bar at the bottom left hand side of your machine home screen or check your "Windows Administrative Tools" folder for "Services".

  2. Open up "Services" and scroll down until you find "Cammy Windows Hub". Right click on Cammy Windows Hub and then select "Restart". After a few minutes, return to your Windows desktop app to see if the hub is back online.

Restart the Router

  1. Unplug your router from the power, or switch the power off at the wall.

  2. Reconnect the power to the router after a few minutes.

  3. Wait 5 minutes and check your hub is online again.

Restart your PC

  1. If you still have no live feed from your cameras, carry out a full restart of your PC. To do this head to the "Windows icon" πŸͺŸ on the navigation bar of your desktop.

  2. Click the "Power" icon in the bottom right hand corner.

  3. Select "Restart".

  4. Once the PC has restarted, reopen the desktop app by clicking on the Cammy icon on your desktop. Once open, check to see if the hub status is now online.

πŸ—¨οΈ If you have tried all of the above steps but your Hub is still showing as offline, please reach out to one of the team via the contact us page, or live chat available on the desktop app, website and mobile app.
