In some situations, where a fix cannot be easily identified for the issue you are facing, the technical team will ask you to send over your system logs (Please only send us your logs if you have been asked to by one of the team).
Sending over Diagnostic Logs
Open our website https://www.cammy.com/.
Click on the green chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the home page.
Click "Messages"
Click "Send us a message"
Send us a message with your name and the email address associated with your account.
Leave the live chat open.
Open up "File Manager" π on your PC.
Click "This PC" in the left-hand side column of File Manager.
Click "Local Disk (C:)"
Click the "Cammy" folder
Click "Logs"
There should now be a text document named "logs" within the Logs folder.
Click and drag the "logs" text document into the live chat text box.
Once the team have received your logs, we will look into what may be causing the issues you are facing and get back to you shortly with a resolution.
