Tags are labels used to organize voters. There are two types of tags on the Pulsar system:
1. Survey Repsonse Tags - Created during the survey building process, Example: “YardSign_Yes” for supporters who want a yard sign.
2. Uploaded/Election History Tags - preloaded into the account they include calculated party, and past voting history.
