CampusKnot subscription employs an auto-renewal mechanism to ensure uninterrupted services for students who utilize the platform on a semester basis. This feature is implemented to enhance the user experience by facilitating continuous access to CampusKnot without interruption.
During the subscription process, you agree to the auto-renewal policy which you have the option to stop after subscribing.
If a student forgets to unsubscribe from auto-renewals, they may request a full refund within 60 days after the subscription renewal date. For more details check our terms of use here.
Steps to Request a Refund
Contact Us via Chat Widget: Click on the chat widget in your screen's bottom right corner.
Select the 'Send us a Message' option
Request a Refund: Select the option "Request a Refund."
Cancel your subscription: To avoid auto-renewals, please cancel your subscription by following these steps.
If you no longer have access to your CampusKnot account, contact us via email at support@campuskot.com. Please provide the following information when requesting a refund:
Your First and Last Name: Ensure it matches your account details.
Your School .edu Email Address: This helps us verify your account.
Once your request is submitted, our team will process the refund within 24 hours. You can expect the funds to be available in your account within 3-5 business days.
